Person oriented --- an individual person as a fundamental element constitutes what a company relies on to survive and develop. The basis on which we run an enterprise is but for persons in it ultimately, the footing is on personal reliance. To realize “for the person", "relying on person”, it must understand, respect, concern with, care for, train and unite each individual person.
Customer centered --- it is an all-member marketing concept on which customer is centered, and customer’s satisfaction comes in top priority, by reminding oneself at any time with the questions as to "who is my customer? What does the customer require of me? What can I do to the customer? What else can I do for the customer?", so that a well thought, better and quicker solution is presented to the customer when needed and achieve win-win cooperation in long term. What we really want to make is we produce product, with demand as input and satisfaction as output, making Haosteel a customer-satisfactory processing shop.
